I purchased this one cheaply and intended to just fix the rust, get it regoed, and drive the wheels off of it. There ended up being more rust in it than first antisipated. If I had blasted the body I think I would of cut my loss and junked it. Under the bog and rust I found newspaper,chook wire,steel Coke cans,fencing wire,heck there was even concrete in the rear quarters. I ended up putting a whole sheet of steel back into the car. After all this work I decided to raise the bar a little and finish building it to a theme and the Retro 70's FB was born. I went through some magazines from the 70's and noticed what was popular, metalic and metalflake paint, diamond buttoned upholstery, velvet and lots of bling,so thats the way I went just to be "different"
